Our operators are available to assist with any sales questions or support issues utilising the same tools the phone agents use. Using the API integrations our live chat agents will know everything they need to know about your business and services. As an existing customer of our Phone Services, we offer our live chat services at a discounted rate per session, where most companies will charge around £3.50/$5.00/€4.00 per live chat, we only charge you from 20p/$0.31/€0.23 per live chat!

We offer this service at such a cheap rate because we take a commission on any successful lead our agents create, making our representatives more financially motivated to ensure your visitors turn in to a sale. What types of Live Chats do we handle?
We will handle Sales, Billing, Customer Services, and Level 1 Support for the flat rate below no matter the session duration. If we make a new sale we'll be entitled to claim 15% commission.

To enable Live Chat Services on your website you must first purchase a Web Hosting Telephone Customer Services plan, the live chat services are charged at the following rates depending on your plan.



Order Commission: If the LiveChat Rep persuades the customer to place an order we will charge 15% commission of the total amount from the appropriate invoice.

All you need to do is sign an agreement, once signed, you can create as many Live Chat widgets as you like under any of your Web Hosting Customer Services packages. Before you proceed, please ensure you understand the following:

  • To use this service you need an active Web Hosting Customer Services Telephone plan.
  • You will need to always have an account balance of over £5.00 for this service to operate as the live chat sessions and commission will be charged to this.
  • Please be aware that whilst we will provide customer services and support for the flat rate, if our Live Chat agents assist with any sales query leading to an order we will claim a 15% commission once the invoice is shown as PAID - under no circumstances will refunds be offered.
  • Please understand that your API must be fully operational for this service to work correctly so that our live chat agents can deal with Sales, Customer Service, and Support issues.
