A note about Live Chat

Our live chat service is manned by our in-house account managers and not by PSW Virtual Representatives as our number one priority is servicing for our clients customers. For this reason our live chat service found on our website may not be available for PSW related products on a 24 hour basis. If you try to contact our live chat team outside of the hours above you may still be connected but this is not guaranteed. Our Live Chat outsource services are unaffected and remain 24/7.
