Live Chat and CallMe Add-on Services Launch

PSW is pleased to announce the availability of two new add-on's with our Web Hosting Telephone Customer Service plans.

LiveChat Services using Zopim

To supplement your outsource telephone services we are now offering 24/7 Live Chat services. There is no additional monthly fee for the live chat service and we provide you full transcript logs with customization of your very own Zopim chat box (provided free). We charge per chat session and handle Sales, Billing, Customer Service, and Support issues. Our Live Chat reps are encouraged to ensure your users become customers by offering a low per chat rate and a 15% commission on any successfully placed and paid for orders. Below are our flat rate fee's:

Small Package :- 35p per live chat session.
Medium Package :- 30p per live chat session.
Large Package :- 25p per live chat session.
Corporate Package :- 20p per live chat session.

There is no additional monthly charge, no minimum contracts, and the charges/commission is taken straight from your account balance. If you do not have above £5.00 in your account balance we simply won't display the Live Chat widget, you are in complete control.

CallMe Widget Services

In your services management you will also see the CallMe widget add-on, this allows you to add a call back form on your website so that customers anywhere round the world can enter their phone number and receive a call from us to connect them to the next representative. They can enter their details and reason for the call so that the phone agent can read the specific issue when the call is connected, better yet, if the customer is logged in and uses the CallMe widget the agent will have the customers details loaded in front of them instantly once connected. Please note again for this service you need to ensure you have an account balance as the outgoing call charge is deductible from your Account Balance. You can specify in the settings the maximum per minute rate you wish to pay using this widget.
